Baguette

Our baguettes are very popular with our customers. Usually being one of our first breads to sell out.

Inspired by France but using 100% British wheat to create a uniquely British baguette. We use a touch of white spelt in the dough which makes the baguette smell of popcorn.

Handmade on site using 100% British grown wheat.
Flour milled by Wessex Mill in Wantage.
Made over a 48 hour process.
