Rye bread is extremely popular throughout Scandinavia due to rye being the main grain used. We make our Rye Bread in a similar style. Using British linseeds, oats and rye flakes to add texture, this rye bread is extremely complex with a lovely deep, almost beer like flavour.
Perfect sliced and toasted with some smoked fish.
Handmade on site using 100% British grown rye.
Flour milled by Wessex Mill in Wantage.
Made over a 72 hour process.
